Patrick, Mr. “It’s not my problem”

I booked a ride to the airport with my girlfriend and on the first turn after leaving my place she realised she forgot the phone. We told him (Patrick) to turn around and he said “no, it’s not my problem”. It was the first turn less than 200m away from my place and he said he will not come back, we told him to stop several times and he totally refused very angry saying it was not his problem, he had no time. I takes (and it took) less than 20 minutes to go to the airport and we entered the taxi one minute before the scheduled time, there was margin to make an extra turn! When we arrived to the airport he refused to give us a receipt after paying and never apologized. He even said “if it were a document I would have turned around, but not for a phone” unbelievable! And also unbelievable that now my girlfriend needs to spend the holidays without the phone!
