Twice I have been cheated by this company. Both times I paid in advance with Ideal.

Firstly the driver said I had not paid in advance, and insisted on further payment. He said I would get a refund, but it never came despite many emails.

Secondly I booked in advance, but had an accident and couldn't travel. I cancelled one week before the travel date, but again despite many emails I got no refund.

Beware! This company is dishonest.
